Hi everyone wot vitimins apart from D3 should we be taking with pbc ?

I take Vitamin D with K in a spray form, the two are combined in a BetterYou spray bottle. Apparently vitamin K is needed for better absorption of the vitamin D. I also take a multi vitamin. The hepatologist is aware.

Separate from PBC I also have pernicious anaemia and am given a B12 injection every 8 weeks and now that I have been diagnosed with LPP I have also been found to be zinc deficient so take a vitamin for that as well.

Hi thankyou for your reply were do you get yours from I thought I would try holland and barrett think there a bit expensive its D3 x

I source all my vitamin etc from Bodykind over the Internet. I find their site easy to navigate and their customer service is good.

I take Vitamin C and Zinc in addition to Calcium and D3, but you should always check with your Doctor prior to adding new medications. Take care 🙂

googleadservices.com/pagead... take these energy vitamins, with with vitamin bs etc, I read somewhere vitamin bs are water soluble so don’t absorb through the liver very well
