I could not find anything on a herb sadge so am assuming it should be sage.

I have copied this from the Is It Bad For You page.

"For most people, sage is an excellent herb for improving health, but for people with diabetes, epilepsy, liver, and/or kidney problems, consult a doctor to decide on how much sage - if any - would be safe. Possible short-term side effects decreased blood sugar levels etc"

I wonder if you would get a more definitive answer from your specialist. There does seem to be a general consensus though that taking supplements is not a good idea however I wonder if you drank it as a tea, therefore diluted form, it may be possible. If you are looking for something natural to help with the menopause symptoms there are many recipes for the "Menopause cake". I used to make it and take a slice for lunch each day. Certainly a delicious cake and with all the lovely ingredients I felt it was better than a tablet.

Hope you find a solution.

Hi Purdy2017

I also apologise it was more that I did not know the word than questioning your spelling. So often auto correct changes words that I have written.😀

If you want to try this one it looks quite good. But there are so many variations if you do not like the flavour of this one.
