Questions to my Doctor

Happy New Year to all.

Have a call with my doctor tomorrow to learn my Fibroscan, latest bloodwork and MRI results. What questions should I be asking? Does anyone know of new trials available in the US?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Terri.

How did it go? I hope the call went well.

Have you joined the PBC Foundation? A quick call to us could have helped you directly.

Yours,

Robert.

Robert,Thank you for checking back. My news was better than anticipated. No current liver damage at all but I have a spot which is currently benign but want to watch over the next couple of years. So MRIs 4 times a year for now plus taking the medication for the rest of my life.

My lovely patient doctor answered all my questions which took some time with me explaining the medical terminology. He actually complemented me on how thorough I was with my research.

I feel fortunately, I do not have other symptoms many others have listed on this forum.

Happy New Year!

Terri
