Have any of you had problems with your cycle since being diagnosed with pbc?
I am 40 all lab work, biopsies, ultrasound and all show normal but I have not had a period for over 4 years and no one knows why I’m not having a cycle. According to blood work I’m not in menopause. I think I’m going crazy.

as the disease has progressed, I am in the same boat. I also had an IUD that I got rid of which could have contributed because you basically don't have periods. I am 45 and apparently no where near menopause either. There are a lot of things that could be contributing for me and I'm not sure why it's happening.
I have had ultrasounds and 3 different biopsies all were normal but no one can seem to pinpoint why I am not having cycles. My dr gave me a 10 day rx for provera a hormone. If I do not have a cycle during those 10 days and up to 14 days after taking that medication I have to let my ob gyn know and they will do more testing
