I’ve been on HRT for over 2 years. I had asked my consultant and he said ‘ why not, it’s replacement of hormones your body would have previously made’. Ask for it in patch form then your liver isn’t breaking it down.

I wore a patch, Vivelle Dot, for 12 years after my hysterectomy in 1995. My GYN said he would not give me hormone pills because they filter through the liver. He said the patch was the safest. That’s my experience. 😊

Similar experience. Vivelle dot as it doesn’t go through liver. 😊
