I have PBC I’m 51 stage 2-3 6 years ago. I’m a nurse and now feel like it’s time to get out of the industry with corona virus. Does having PBC increase risks?

Perhaps make HR aware if they are not already and they can give you best guidance or move you to a low risk area. If you have had enough of nursing then its time to get out not just because of the virus as you surely are dealing with sick people all the time. I am sure any hospital or surgery would be sorry to lose a long standing experienced practitioner. If you can get guidance from your specialist that would perhaps help or speak to the PBC Foundation or go to their recently published video from their CEO which can be found on their app or web site.

We are all of us different with different stages and other health issues your own case is personal to you.

Best wishes whatever you decide
