Universal credit

Hello. Does anyone know anything about universal credit, I am currently working 16 hrs a week and I am worried they will make me look for more work. I get very achy bones and very tired. I'm not sure I could cope working more hours. I have a 13 year old and a 22 year old. I am 50. In the UK.

You could try Citizens Advice if you have one local to you. They would be able to help with rights.

If you google Citizens Advice there is also an on line service.

best wishes

You could also try welfare rights, they can look to see if you are getting the right benefits for you.

Universal credit if sick is 15 hours a week, but they take 63p out of each £1 you earn. If you work less then 15 hours they hassle you. Hope this helps.
