Hi - I’d just like to thank Keith (hope I’ve got your name right) for arranging our first get together on the island. It was good to talk to other people with similar problems. I look forward to our next meeting later this year. Eileen

So glad you had some in person support time! It really is a gift to have others ( here and in person) who share our unique challenges.

btw- love your name 😀

Not been to the island for years, we used to holiday in Bembridge when the children were small. Such a beautiful place. I have some fond memories of our time there. Good to hear you have group support there.

Hi Jan , I’m Eileen living in St.Helens.

We have only had the one meeting so far, at the Taverners in Godshill. I think the next meeting will also be there. It was agreed to leave the next meeting until after the Summer holidays because the island is so busy. I heard of the first meeting on here and I believe we will hear of the date for next one in the same way. Look forward to meeting you. All the best Eileen

Absolutely I will. I was diagnosed in 2011. The meeting was very informal. Getting to know each other (I’ve already forgotten names😀) Comparing treatment, consultants, diagnosis etc.
