I felt a biting and burning sensation and pulled this from under the skin under my nail. To the naked eye it looked like dead skin. Zooming in with my camera it looks like it has eyes, a mouth and sharp teeth. Does anyone have any idea what it could be. Also, I have been experiencing the sand and crystal like substance from under my skin.
