Muscle Aches

Does anybody get muscle pains. I’m getting them mainly in my legs it doesn’t stop me doing anything and l only notice it when in bed at night. I was diagnosed a year ago and been on URSO ever since, my lfts are now within range thankfully. My lfts had been raised slightly since 2015 but PBC wasn’t picked up even though l have lupus and sjogrens. I have mild fibrosis and mild scarring of my liver.

Sorry you are having to deal with this. What is up with stuff happening at night??? I have notable decrease of leg pain/cramps when I take magnesium. funny, since i have to take mass amounts of calcium, I have large amounts of magnesium too. But it wasn't enough. The turning point for me was the addition of Magnesium l- theronate. Bought Dr. Mercolas, but there are many out there. Cut the cramps in one day with it. Just bought a huge bottle to share with friends. Be well

I've found that Rainbow Light Calcium with Mag/D3 to be the easiest to ingest. It is food based and can be taken on an empty stomach. They are 500mg each which is the most we can absorb at one time. Works out perfectly for me as i have no parathyroid and need 6 tablets daily to stay normal

Have you had your vitamin D checked, I had bone pain. I was found to have a deficiency once this was sorted I don’t get it now.

I had vitamin D deficiency and have just completed a 7 week course of 20,000 vitamin D prescribed by my gp. I am wondering if it had work or if my levels have dropped again because I hurt everywhere especially my lower back. But yes all my joints hurt. I do have osteoarthritis but it never bothers me to this extent. I can't walk without being in pain. Getting my levels checked in the morning but for now I am going to try and get some sleep if my aching bones let me. Good night.
