I have PBC with overlap of AIH but I also have high ESR and CRP I think I may have Lupus I have a lot of the symptoms listed anyone have Lupus?

My mom had lupus and now I was diagnosed with pbc, so there maybe great relationship
I also have high ESR CRP plus positive ANA , but my rheumatologist isn’t sure about lupus
