Dear All,

Four months ago I joined this group , because of my mother. She was a patient of PBC and is no more with us after her death I immediately left this group and I am here to tell all of you ,Thank YOU!

Thank you for the information shared on this group. This group has helped me a lot, in way that I used to read stories from all over the world and it use to give me courage and hope that my mother can live with this disease. You see I am from a developing country here there are no such group and settings for the patients and by reading all your stories would make me to think of less of a death.

Any way for PBC patient it’s a long journey even if you planned to go for a transplant. I was her living donor but unfortunately she left us before the surgery.

I wish all of you a happy healthy life. Ameen

Poor thing. PBC can go undiagnosed before its found usually for another reason. It's so sad to hear of this and it touches all of us living with this disease.

I don't know if you're religious, but please take comfort in knowing many care. Many understand. I believe in what the scriptures say at John 5:28-29. It's a wonderful hope for the future.

Again, I'm so sorry. ❤

saeedasalma,

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I hope you also get yourself tested to make sure you don't have this disease. One thing I have noticed also about this group is everyone tries to stay positive for each other even though this disease is scary as hell. Prayers to you and your family :(

I was sad to read your post and sorry that you have lost your mum. Sending condolences and a virtual hug and wish for you that the happier memories with your mum will soon replace the sad thoughts so close to your loss.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your mother’s story and agree with others to get yourself tested as well. There is no greater loss than that of ones mother, but it is true that time is the great healer. My best wishes for you and your family.
