Have tried to change profile pic. Why does it chop you off & only see top of head...frustrating.

I heard someone else saying that also i dont know how to put up profile picture
I have just tried (and succeeded) to change my profile picture. I think the trick is to chose a photo that is as near centred as possible. Previous ones I tried had to be cancelled because they were all off to one side. Hope that helps.
My close ups are centered but still only shows top of head.
I gave up

I never appreciated my appearance or my weight. I was always so hard on myself. I always tried to make changes. I want to go back in time and make changes. I can’t do that. Oh well

I understand. My appearance has always been important to me. When that pic was taken I was happy with life, no idea what was ahead of me. I have aged somewhat, because of worry. But you know something? We are still full of beauty inside & nothing can ever steal that from us. So we’re going to give it all we have & keep on shining from the inside out🤗💖🦋

It’s easier said than done. I have a very difficult family life. I can’t seem to get it to sink in that I need to live a little less stressful. They don’t care. They want what they want at any cost. I won’t survive these diseases the way that most of you do. I don’t have a carrying family. The only carrying I get from m them is don’t care. I really don’t know how I made it this far without stroking out or having a heart attack.
