Sorry I had forgotten to post my latest labs, so, here they are. Wondering if they've gone the opposite direction this time due to the alternation of Ocaliva 5mg & Ocaliva 10mg. Pluscvs would anyone thank it could be due to my varicies bleeding again? I see my heptologist at Indiana university on Sept 25th.

May I ask who you see at IU? Would you recommend them? I am willing/able to travel. I have not yet done an introduction post, but I am brand new, seeing the GI dr for the first time tomorrow. My PC from IU suggested a diagnosis of PBC due to my test results yesterday and referred me to a Dr at Methodist in Indy who I see tomorrow.
Thank you.
I live three hours away from Indy but am thankful that I have family just 30 min away from the hospital. I see Dr Howard Masuoka, he's awesome. My GI in Evansville referred me once I fell into stage 4 PBC, with the varicies & cirrhosis. I absolutely love my healthcare team at IU & in Evansville. They work well together & I have learned so much from them. Best of luck with your appointment tomorrow. You'll love this site, everyone here has been such a great support system & a great means of knowledgeable PBC'ers.
Stay strong❣️

Alp and alt could go up when u have any tissue damages.. your tp, bili and albumin is still normal I think that's good right
Im guessing since Im between F3-F4 cirrhosis, that would make a bit of sense.
