Does anyone know if it's safe to take apple cider vinegar pills with pbc.

Hello Vera70.

Given apple cider vinegar is for food consumption I can't see why not it wouldn't be safe to take with PBC. I buy organic cyder vinegar (how it is spelled on the bottle, think it is Aspinalls (with checking the bottle)) and I have started using it on odd foods I used to like standard vinegar on (occasionally have fish fingers).

I take it twice daily with a little honey and hot water

Also use it on my skin for itching

Just apply all over . Leave for 2-3 mins and shower off in cool water .. really helps me

I have started little dose of Apple cider vinegar, honey, mixed in little cranberry juice. Not bad
