I have not heard anything about kefir one way or the other but it prob has good calcium just be careful with the fat content..... just add in to your daily fat intake

Depends on what your doctor ordered .... mine said prefers 20g but not to go over 30 per day

Kefir is a yoghurt plant look in Google my english is not so good to explane it ,I'm a shame of it ,but I do my best ,its a very healty thing !

You shouldn't be ashamed of not knowing English very well. You are just fine. Im from the state's & still have a hard time with English 😆. I would love to come to Holland some day.
