Hi im new to this forum my throat tightness is caused by sprays weather and stress also exercise if any of you are the same id love to here from you thanks hayley

Do you take any allergy meds or anti anxiety meds? I use to have this and took low dose Valium it worked then allergy meds over the counter I have spasms in my throats and muscles I think allergy autoimmune related
