I just realised how to look at my replies, thought no one was talking to me....Doh!

Well things pretty much the same, although have a met a lovely lady who is running a support group in my area. Unfortunately the night of the group conflicts with my job, but they invited my out to the groups 1st anniversay celebration. It was lovely to meet people in the same boat, and sadly people a lot worse off than me and still smiling. It was a lovely evening, and I have met up the group leader on other occasions.

Still haven't been back to the my GP, suppose I should really go or the list of ailments and gripes will be too long to deal with in one day!! lol.

Still have many down and unmotivated days, but really am trying to look to the future and make plans to change my attitude!! Really want to make the very much of the life that I have, don't want to keep feeling sorry for myself.

Lots of love to you all! x

Hey don't beat yourself up. You are trying to change your attitude and that is a good start. Focus on the things that you can do and that go well for you. Being down about the things that get you down isn't going to change it but being glad and happy about things in your life that are good takes the focus away from the bad things ... even if just for a little while. A Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) helps me .... try it .... it might work for you too. Take care x
