Oh yes --- I too am drying up and continue to drink liquids, especially lots of water, but to no avail. I do have Raynaulds, and often wonder if the failure to get appropriate circulation into my fingers and toes are the root cause. I use lots of hand lotion, keeping in mind not to use harsh ingrediants, but nothing seems to work. The tips of my fingers are often quite numb which limits my ability to type, cook, and do crafts which I love, and I just try my best to make things work. Are your palms also dry? Mine are, and quite red too!

Yes,my palms of hands are red. That is a sign of liver disease. I just received a book about balance exercises for hands , feet and body. It is how to prevent falls. I will let you know how they work. I have also started b vitiams. I am going to talk to dr on May 27. Lotion does not seem to help.

I'd love to know the name of the book, as I just created a new post today about falling (which has happened 4 times to me recently). Thanks, NancyBeck123.
