PBC is Primary Biliary Cirrhosis where the antibodies known as anti-mitochondria (AMA) attack the small bile ducts within the liver thus causing inflammation of the liver.

PSC is Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis which is also auto-immune like PBC but as far as I can understand the bile ducts become inflamed as opposed to disappearing slowly over time as PBC can do. The inflamed bile ducts can then suffer blockages. I think I am right in saying that one with PSC normally has a pisitive for ANA (antibodies of the anti-nucleus).
