now that ive won my tribunal. do i still have to send in sick notes?

firstly congrats on winning your tribunal....I know how stressful it is even after you have won your tribunal.......I won my tribunal last year and had 2 weeks coverage left of my sick note, I automatically presumed that no sick notes where needed after that and even rang them to make 100% sure that my presumption was correct (phew) but low and behold 3 weeks later there was no sign of my usual ESA payment in my bank acc ....so I was back on the phone with them and was told my sick note had expired hence no payment and because their systems where not inter-linked and had a back-log of cases I was still expected to produce a sick note until my claim was dealt with and whoever I had spoken to previously was prob misinformed......so my elation with winning my tribunal and thinking at long last all the stress was over was unfortunately not the case. After my claim was dealt with there was no need for a sick note, so my advice for you is that if yr sick note is due to run out then I would advise you to get another one just incase.

Congratulations on your tribunal success. I would send in sick notes until such times that you get a letter confirming that no more are needed. Hope this helps. Yu will probably wait a while to get any backdated monies due to you too.
