Hi Gizzi,

There is currently no known health risk from having to much B12, the body just gets rid of to much, it is water soluable. So try the tablets and see if that works for you, or lozenges, but do not buy to many in advance as you may find they do nothing for you, they work for some, not for others..

Obviously you feel you need more B12 than you are getting?
