B12 Deficiency & Adrenal Insufficiency

Good morning, can I thank you all again in advance for your continued support on this site, you have been a great help to me.

I do have yet another question though (of course I do 🙄😣) …

I was diagnosed with Adrenal Insufficiency in August last year and am taking 10/5/5 mg Hydrocortisone daily. Since finishing the loading doses of B12 injections last Monday I have felt very rough (as is usual I understand) and wondered if I should temporarily increase my hydrocortisone to cope with whatever my body is trying to adjust to. As with B12 insufficiency, Adrenal deficiency is still a vague area with medics and I won’t be able to get reliable advice from my GP or get in touch with Endocrinology anytime soon.

Can you help on this?

My daughter is on a steroid .There shoujd be an online helpline to ask such questions about dosage.

Usually a nurse who can query it with the consultant.

Or ring the secretary of said consultant.

G.ps csn request advice from specialists too.

Some come back quicker than others .

Or even a pharmacist for advice or an opinion .
