Low b12

Hi Laura I hope you are doing well I would like to know dis you get treatment for b12 I was also diagnosed with low b12 32 pmol and dr said its not very low I said to him I am not feeling well and I want injection for b12 so he put me on 6 loading dose ...I would like to know if your healt is better now after treatment?

you probably need to continue loading doses until there is no further improvement, as per the NICE guidelines. Six jabs on alternate days is not enough for many with long-standing B12 deficiency.

I also diagnosed with extremely low vitamin d for which I am taking high dose of vitamin d every week for the next 6 weeks. I have developed balance difficulties, and constantly light headed. I have been to A&E 3times in a week with palpitations and dizziness and did my ech and bloods but I was discharged... I may have a neurological disease which is effecting my neurons.. very much worried
