Season greetings & wishing you all a ... - Pernicious Anaemi...
Season greetings & wishing you all a happier healthier 2025.
Thank you Jillymo . I wish you likewise .
Hello Jillymo thank you for the very christmassy photo and best wishes. Happy Christmas too, at this rate it will be over by tomorrow! X
hi Jillymo thank you for the Xmas greetings I got my first card yesterday lol..must admit I know everyone hates the commercialisation of Xmas but I so love the shops and the displays and all the glitz it really cheers me up..I took my grandaughter and great graaughter out a couple of days ago and we had a fab time ,she got spoilt, why not, and it made me happy..I think it lets us forget all our ailments for a wee while and just enjoy the rare family time we get and not watching the clock for those ruddy injections ..take care x have a cracker x
My great grand children have now left school ! Being boys when younger they wouldn't let me play with their robots. I have no little one's to spoil or buy for anymore. The best Christmas's I had were in Germany and Austria where we enjoyed a sleigh ride Christmas morning drinking snapps along the way. It would be nice to be able to eat and drink ( pref Baileys ) without suffering the after effects. Snapps is ok but I were a bit worse for wear when I got off the sleigh. Hic π΅βπ«
Eek! Already! Happy Christmas, and may the new year be better than anyone expected xoππ
They will soon have the Easter eggs in the shops then we can look forward to the spring. π·
Merry Christmas Jillymo and here's wishing everyone a peaceful happy and healthy New year. Thanks jillymo for all your replies and help over the years. You and Wedgwood have been brilliant. Xx
That's very kind of you. I too have received support from others for which I am grateful. There are some wonderful people on here. π
Merry Christmas Jillymo hope its a good 2025 for us allπ
Have blessed time this celebration month. Hereβs my contribution to hope being fulfilled.
A Christmas Wish for Tingly Toes
The frost lays thick, the snowflakes fall,
A wintry hush envelops all.
Our cheeks aglow, we step outside,
In scarves and mittens, warm and wide.
We crunch through snow, our laughter bright,
Beneath the stars that gleam at night.
We shape a snowman, proud and tall,
His carrot nose delights us all.
The only tingles we wish to feel,
Are toes from frolics, pure and realβ
A playful nip from winterβs kiss,
That leads us to this cosy bliss.
Back home, we sit by the crackling fire,
Its golden warmth our hearts inspire.
No aches or chills, no silent plea,
Just health and hope, as it should be.
And as we pray this holy night,
We dream of days so free and bright,
Where B12βs grip no longer stays,
Its shadows lifted, gone away.
May strength return, may joy restore,
And tingly fingers be no more.
A season of health, of peace, of cheer,
Godβs blessings guiding the coming year.
So hereβs a prayer, our festive plea:
Let tingling toes from joy be free!
With health restored, weβll toast the year,
With merry hearts, and loved ones near.
Your a talented poet ! π
Thank you Jilly. I can't take credit as I have help with software. I craft it then build on it with help. I appreciate very much taking time to respond.
Wishing you a Happy Christmas and a Happy and Healthy 2025 and thanks for all the advice from yourself and Wedgewood, and others, would have been lost without this forum.
Hi Jillymo
Thank you for starting this post.
Thank you to everyone on this forum who has contributed to lively debate, shared experiences, failures and successes in self-treatment.
Having been diagnosed before Christmas in 2022, this forum was my Christmas gift and continues to give and give!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!

Happy Christmas, Jillymo, from me ..... and Nipper !
How lovely, Nipper brought back memories of my teenage years. When I were younger I used to look after a dear old lady and we would often play old records on her old wind up record player......How much is that doggie in the window, Que Sera Sera ( Doris Day ) and of course Vera Lynn. Happy Days.
My "doggie in the window" was Β£20, lived a long and happy life and was 16 when she died.
My friend always said she looked like a yard-dog from the 1960s - but to me, my pet-shop pup was more beautiful than any pedigree.
You've really started something here, Jillymo ! Good memories.
seasons greetings Jilkymo!
