My doctor stopped my B12 at injections because my IF test was negative and I'm now "topped up" apparently. I was initially put on oral B12 when I was first tested a year and showed a deficiency and a half ago, the level actually went down after two months of oral supplements which surely indicates an absorption issue. Anyway I've got a blood test in two weeks, so I'm hoping she'll see that the oral supplements don't work. It's now sixteen weeks since my last injection and in I'm feeling terrible, just wanting to sleep all the time and my arm and leg are feeling really horrible numb, burning, worse than I can remember. I guess I have to hold out until the test because, but depending on the outcome I'm going to have to start self injection, I think I will anyway as even when on the injections I was finding they are wearing off and the doctor won't increase beyond once every three months, that's it she even lets me have the injections again. Anyway I've been looking into acquiring the B12 ampoules but it seems every pharmacy in Germany I look will not ship to the UK. Has it got very difficult to obtain the ampuoles? Can anyone help me out with a hint of where to look?
Thanks

Your doctor ( and you ) should know that a negative IFAB test does NOT mean that you do not have PA . About 50% of PA patients test negative . The first consideration should always be SYMPTOMS .
There are definitely two German online pharmacies that will deliver to U.K. .
