What equipment.........needle size etc do I need for sub cutaneous jabs please??

I use a 30G 1/2" needle 27-30G suitable for sc

A 2ml syringe compatible to needles

I have a 1mg/ml single use hydroxcobalamin ampoule

Presently use exchangesupplies

I use same needle as Nackapan, a 30g yellow half inch needle for sc injection.

I get my B12 from Apohealth in Germany They post but be careful not to exceed a total cost of £135 INCLUDING POSTAGE or UK cystine will charge you duty of around £45!! I got caught out!

Avoid veins as you get a bruise.

Anywhere with a small roll of flesh.

Yes alternate. I write it down!

Absorbs know body quicker via stomach I find.
