does anyone ever get brain zaps?

hello everyone,

I used to get these like electric brain zap or maybe a jolt then brings nausea and a sweat then I have to lay down for a while. I had not had them in a long while but I got one two days ago. I stared to rest more during the day yesterday I only had one and today I had not had one yet, but lately I feel my brain being worked on more intense than my body. along with my nerves in my ears. like maybe I'm having reversing out symptoms that I used to get when I was not getting treatment. thats what I'm wondering is going on. any thoughts.
