does anyone ever get brain zaps?

hello everyone,

I used to get these like electric brain zap or maybe a jolt then brings nausea and a sweat then I have to lay down for a while. I had not had them in a long while but I got one two days ago. I stared to rest more during the day yesterday I only had one and today I had not had one yet, but lately I feel my brain being worked on more intense than my body. along with my nerves in my ears. like maybe I'm having reversing out symptoms that I used to get when I was not getting treatment. thats what I'm wondering is going on. any thoughts.

no. I'm hoping you find the answer!!

I did have lack of appetite but not nausea.

I'm guessing not, but Are you on medication other than b12? (No need to answer publicly unless you feel comfortable doing so)

good morning,

thanks for your reply well I'm assuming its my nerves in my brain hopefully healing back up. oh and no I don't take any other medication. I was having symptoms for 6 1/2 years before I found out what I had and had brain mri and ct scans and everything was normal in my brain back then. i did not have any yesterday or today so far and I've been resting a lot more so I think it may be more reversing out.

Nausea can also be hypoglycemia which I get way before being b12 deficient. But I didn't get the zaps. I only got those when I was tapering off of a particular prescription med.

yes I just feel for right now at 5 months in my body is going through all kinds of sensations and healing and changing going on. growing up nausea was always with me when we traveled in hills, taking vitamins, certain foods so I've always kinda had nausea with things but the brain zaps Uh they feel yucking.

thank you for your reply reembow,

no I just take the suppliments and the b12, cofactor's, I'm pretty deficient even the vitamin cofactor's have been hard to handle but they are getting better with time. my body can handle more now but not all at once I have to space them out in the day.
