Have you tried a Compounding Pharmacy? I’m in Canada and that’s where I get mine and here it’s actually surprisingly cheap. I’ve gotten five 10ml vials at once and it was around $90. It’s cheaper to get more vials. If I buy one then it’s around $30.

I am in the USA and have used all forms of injectable B12. To my knowledge, no major pharmaceutical company has methyl for sale. If you have a prescription, you can find a compounding pharmacy that will prefill syringes for up to a month supply. A UK based company, Oxford Biosciences offer methyl that has to be reconstituted before injection. They will ship to the US, but payment can be an issue. I do not recommend this option. Reconstituting an injectable medication has a higher risk of contamination and infection. There are some pharmaceutical companies in Viet Nam and Thailand that offer vials of methyl, but they are certainly not what I would call "brand name". Sorry I do not have any more information. Perhaps someone else here in the USA has a source. Good luck.
