practitioner recommendations?

can anyone recommend a good nutritionist/functional practitioner/functional GP? I am auditioning some at the moment but I would love a recommendation.

I’m really struggling to get myself right and could do with someone’s help and guidance.

I’m overwhelmed with all the conflicting information on co factors and what to take etc. all I know is I felt well for 4 years on a multi and every other day injections.

Then I got Covid and possibly B6 toxicity from the continuous multi use which included both pyroxidine and P5P at 10mg (this ones really tricky to understand and a rabbit hole and overwhelming me as seems to be if you’re deficient in something else B6 can stack up and you can use it/some people say it’s the active form you need etc.) now I have no idea what to take or what’s gone wrong and I’m struggling with multiple deficiencies (iron, folate) and unsure how to navigate them all.

I’ve lost all intuition for what to do next, I honestly have no idea and I continue to get more and more unwell.

Did you get all your vitamin levels tested? I think it would be best to have a physician first to try to understand the reason for your vitamin shortages. Nutritionists can help us to eat healthy but it's not clear to me that they can discover the root cause of all your problems. I inject B12. My only other vitamins are a children's chewable Flintstones vitamin. My thoughts are that if they are OK for kids, then I probably won't get too much of any vitamins by taking them. Do you know WHY you are short of iron and folate?

I’ve had a severe health crash after Covid and no idea what’s causing what so I need some professional help but struggling to find the right person. I’m struggling to correct everything myself or know what’s happened. GP is useless.

Is there any place near you that you can go to for long COVID treatment? I had problems after COVID. When I was playing ice hockey, my heart rate was about 20 beats per minute higher than usual, and instead of feeling refreshed when sitting on the bench, I was just trying to breathe and get my heart rate down. I was OK after a few months. I had 3 weeks running my own fitness retreat with gentle cardio (dancing and hiking) and strength training. Long COVID is real. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have great treatments for it. Regarding your health crash, it might help just to start and try to address one symptom at a time. Why do you have it? What could be done to make it better?
