Interesting article Jillymo.

B12 is indeed a vital vitamin for the body to function efficiently, If only some doctors would take it more seriously. Possibly because they are never really trained on the subject at medical school? Who knows!!!

Very true, they are not trained in nutrition either ! ! Our body is like a car, without the spark plugs it doesn't run smoothly, common sense really. 😘

It's a bit the same with polititians, they remind me of car salesmen who have the gift of the gab in the sales room but havn't a clue what is going on under the bonnet. 🤔

😂 love the way you put that, spot on.

When you start talking about vitamins and nutrition I can almost see the doctor's eyes glazing over and start looking for the ejector button on their chair to get them out of the room. 😄

Common sense, now there is definitely a deficiency in that these days!!!

This article is not very reputable. It states "A vitamin B12 deficiency can also lead to pernicious anemia. " More factually, pernicious anemia can cause a vitamin B12 deficiency. The next sentence in the article is a bit bogus asl well.

I read it again this morn and cant see where it states a vitamin B12 can also lead to a B12 deficiency ! Or can I see 'more factual pernicious anemia can cause a vitamin B12 deficiency'. Soz 'perhaps I'm not fully awake' yet and still bleary eyed.
