Still doing the work to find how to thrive and adjusting to improved suplimentation.

I embrace not letting my neurological system languish in the smoldering that results in the current understanding of how to treat my neurological system by supplementation. Less must be the best.

Elliot Overton's patients have a much better chance of thriving than any other clinician I have read. Although his work is specifically related to B1 Thimaine rather than related to B12 his understanding that the goal is effective suplimentation not less is best is in keeping with my successful self treatment methodology.
