8 hours of feeling well/wonderful.

Current trial: Current Trial (15 Days); 1.5mg methylcobalamin 3mg/ml, 1.5mg adenosylcobalamin 3mg/ml, 1mg hydroxocobalamin 1mg/ml. SC injection 5-6 times a day including setting an alarm to inject at night if warrnted. 50 mg B6 in the form of P-5-P three times a day or pain from peripheral neuropathy returns. Benfotiamin B1 300 mg three times a day.

Due to my current self treatment which includes getting sun energy I woke up in the morning feeling pretty good as I should. I had a lot of rather easy tasks to do and did them feeling well as I did so.

I understand that some experience feeling better when injecting and project that is what everyone will experience which is false. That is why I often write not yet wonderful.

I then, after 8 +- hours decided to see if I could take a nap and did so. Woke up feeling not so good including a sore throat which is new to my current healing but not new to getting sun energy after being deprived.

I have been under the weather for 24 hours but it has not escalated as it would have prior to my current trial. I am attributing it to the stress on my body now that I have adequate B1 for my body to heal. That combined with getting more sun energy but not enough due to cloud cover. I expect based on life long experience that it will resolve in a few days.

I am waiting for the positive effect of more B1 to level out before I do a trial of manganese.

It no longer is a surprise to me that those with a B12 deficiency have a variety of symptoms given the complexity of the nervous system and that treatment is not designed for this complexity. I did find it helpful when Elliot Overton mentioned in a video that one organ might be deficient in B1 and others may not.

I right now do not have a formal evaluation designed which I have not done as I am sick of all the work to find a way to heal and then deal with the stress on my body as it heals.

Hi Wiz

Poor you. I hope you feel better soon.

I identify with sometimes being sick of all the work to keep well. Take a little time out if you can.

🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

It is not bad duty as it is getting better each day and I trust it will be done soon. Likely tomorrow which will be only two days.

Can you expound a little on what sun energy does to you? I need to get Vitamin D from the sun (malabsorption and no results from oral supp) but I often feel sapped and then get wicked insomnia BUT not every time. I am fascinated by your journey and ability to connect the dots. Sometimes I just can’t connect them. (When you have time, of course)

I can expound on anything. 🙂

I try and answer the question asked as it annoys me when other people answer a question I did not ask and for some reason believe that is the information I really need. 🙂 However in this case I am not going to answer the question as asked. One reason is I cannot wrap my head around the sun energy doing something to me.

Sun energy does not really do anything for me the way I experience it now as I do not get as sun deprived as I used to. In part from my efforts to get sun exposure and in part I am not as ill from vitamin deficiency. Before I would finally get sun and it would be a relief followed by a downturn.

Sun energy does not really cause anything rather being deprived makes things harder and if deprived enough can make some things impossible.

It used to be when sun deprived I needed 10 days of sun sleeping a lot an then it would just be a case of maintaining. I have flown to Florida to experience that and went to South America twice. I lived in Florida for 3 years 40 years ago without knowing about the sun and me and thought I was good to go.

Before I had a hard time adjusting to the heat due to body temperature regulation.

I have been fighting to get sun due to the clouds for a month. A day out in my kayak and a couple of days of rest and I feel I will be caught up.
