Hi guys just to let you all know my B12 came promptly and safely from Germany. However they weren't packed with any puffed Styrofoam just let loose in the box. I ordered Pasco Hydroxy with a sell hy date of 2026 and two boxes of Panpharma Cyano 04/27 sell by date. I ordered cyano to give it a go as I SI daily so hopefully that frequency is sufficiently fast enough not to notice any differences as many say Cyano does not stay in the system as long.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on Cyano and frequency. I am assuming that if you SI weekly, you may have to do twice weekly but as I am daily it shouldn't be a problem.
Thank you all.

Good idea to compare the two types . Only trouble is , will you be influenced by what you have heard about Cynocobalamin? For a true test , you need to be injected by someone else who would strictly keep notes on which type was being injected . Then you could give a totally unbiased report . But I think as you inject daily , you will notice no difference .
I have used both. I prefer the cyano over the hydroxo. I inject intramuscular (thigh) 2 times each week Mon & Friday. Cyano works better for me and is cheaper. I use Ankerman brand from Amazon.de. I hope the cyano works well for you.
Thank you that's interesting to hear. I inject SC not IM. I have done both and found zero difference so I decided that SC = smaller needle etc and stuck with that. I am hoping Cyano works great.
I have hydroxo left maybe I should try it SC. I used it IM and it felt like I had injected caffeine. I cant do caffeine, get jitters , nausea, heart palps. I tried cyano SC for a while but it works better for me if I use IM. SC was easier and less sting for sure! Sure hope it works for you.
Thank you. We are all individuals with different reactions to medicines and foods. I would stick to Cyano if it works well for you as it is more more freely available than Hydroxy.
I recently discovered that from 1952 to 1968 only cyanacobalamin was available for injecting. Apparently there are no ‘official’ studies or records to show that it is dangerous but rather a well tolerated form of vitamin B12 when used as prescribed.
That is very interesting and it can't be all bad if millions use it. It's just a case to see if it agrees with me. I tolerate both methyl and hydroxy so fingers crossed.
