I hear that the following is on ITV evening news.

“Evening News on ITV will see Jimmy Norman share his story on ''how difficult it is'' to receive B12 injections regularly enough for him to be able to function on a daily basis...😞”

Well done to Jimmy and ITV. But nitrous oxide abuse coming before PA on the list of causes...? 🙄😠

Yes, at last a bit of recognition for our condition, although it was woefully short and seemed to focus on dietary (and vegan folk) causes. At least Jimmy managed to say he felt that injections were needed to help restore his health. Really annoying that people are using nitrous oxide for recreation many oblivious to the dangers and it does our genuine health cause no good at all.

Unfortunately even paramedics and doctors often don't know about the dangers of nitrous oxide in people with P.A. When I had an ambulance out for a bout of chest pain, they offered me gas and air without even asking if I had P.A. Told a relative, who is also a paramedic and she didn't know about it either. She asked her superior who said, yes, its well known. So why don't they tell their paramedics about it then!

That's really scary to know topaz rat. With that in mind I've added a note to my health details on my phone in the hope that should it be needed the info is there!
