Glaucoma B12 relationship?

Has anyone already commented on this or can anyone make any sense from it? Especially the discussion para which just makes no sense to me at all

Thank you, sorry to have missed that one, and exactly what I needed. At one point they seem to be talking about dietary intake, then high dose oral, and relating that to functional deficiency. Twaddle. Dad has glaucoma and isn't getting anywhere with GP re. B12 deficiency so I wanted to try to enlist his eye specialist, but not much point if they were going to quote this at me and I couldn't rebut. Much appreciated.
