My B12 Stuffy Head

This came to me in part from my collaboration with Wwwdot utilizing PM.

My B12 Stuffy Head is now my sign that I need more B12 which for me is more frequent injections which results in higher amounts in a 24 hour period.

My sign for years was pain that was probably not necessary at the levels I experienced if I had more frequent injections.

Before that it was reversing out which I have concluded is the result of starving my cells of B12 less than before but not in the amount to prevent reversing out symptoms.

Most recently my sign was mucuscy which is on the wane. I expect had I not treated my B12 Stuffy Head with injections every 4 hours for 24 hours the mucusy would have reared it's ugly head.

I have yet to test it but I expect my sign will become a slight pressure behind my eyes. Not distressful but I could tell it was there before my B12 stuffy head. We will see.

It might be worth while taking a look at some of the studies being carried out on covid 19. There is a lot of research taking place at present with regard to brain fog which might give a clue as to why so many of us suffer with it - myself included.

What I thought interesting when the epedemic was rife was the usage of VitD which is apparently a hormone regultating vitamin. You might spot something in the said studies that leads you to a conclusion.
