A new way to screw up.

I find that having more appropriate supplementation for whatever issues my body has to be a major adjustment, much about my old ways of doing things are no longer needed. Even positive change takes energy.

I had a project that needed to be done and has a strict time limit.

I found I on some level considered scaling back my injections and found it difficult to keep up with my other supplementation. On some level I wanted to not force my body to heal and use the energy that healing requires to complete the project.

Reality is this would have worked in the short term.

Researching, discovery and exploration for three years was required to implement more appropriate supplementation while suffering was much about tenacity and unlearning what was thought to be true for what ever issues my body experiences.

I am hopeful that I am on the cusp of having this all be a battle of attrition.

Hi Wiz

This is in no way a new way to screw up! My daughter has a tee-shirt -“I didn’t screw up, I learnt!!” or words to that effect.

Your experimentation and experiences are shortening the learning curve for others - shortening recovery times - that is far from a screw up!!

But if you still think it is … then please carry on screwing up! It’s so helpful!
