(update) B12, Peripheral Neuropathy, oh and Ozempic...

A few months back I seemed to be 'overdosing' on the B12 injections (I was peeing it straight back out at one point!), so I stopped injecting and things were going okay. But now the past few weeks I'm back to low/no energy, bumping into things, knocking things over, Brain Fog, and incontinence struck, and I gave myself a jab this morning! Once my OCD stops screaming at me for using old B12 and 'dirty syringes' (it's not old B12, and the syringes are still sterile), hopefully I'll see an improvement in the above symptoms (especially the incontinence!!!)

Saw the diabetes nurse last week, and she checked my feet, I now have feeling from my knees to my ankles, around my heels, but nothing on the balls of my feet and toes - which is a massive improvement on the no feeling from the knees to toes of 4 years ago!!!!

Also I told her the 1mg dose of Ozempic was making me vomit, and I wasn't eating (other than some dry toast) - which probably wasn't helping the B12 symptoms, but the chemist didn't have any Ozempic two months ago, and without it, I'm eating properly again and have a bit more energy, but the other issues still there, hence back on the B12. And that was a long winded way of saying she's taking me off the Ozempic and I'm to take something else - also a weekly jab, and I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it!!

Also I got a new mobile broadband hub, and it's amazing!!!

Hope the weekly b12 helps. All trial and error at times

I'll keep a check on myself to see how the symptoms are and inject accordingly, I'd gotten a new box of vials the week before I realised I didn't need to inject any more, so I've that supply to keep me going for now!
