That frequency of injections is as important if not more than amounts.

That B12 injections are seen as a medication by physicians and researchers for the most part which is incorrect, it is a supplement. Therefore the inferences taken from testing are skewed. Confidence in those inferences is high bordering on and often absolute. Inferences from experiencing supplementation by a patient are similar to the recounting of symptoms in that they do not exist unless blessed by a professional.

I have observed that physicians do not learn anything when I meet with them. Guessing as they are more about training than learning and consider themselves fully trained. I learn from everyone I speak to and always have.

The concept of a day of activity followed by healing came to me via Wwwdot. I made it my own and what I seem to experience is a day of activity of my neurological system which might be, social, physical, cognitive and emotional. It seems I then experience a reversing out of fatigue compared to the day of activity.

This pattern started 6 months ago when I increased my frequency and amount of injections and added "Simple Supplement" The 2 1/2 years prior to that were feeling less worse and using up my B12 and replenishing my B12.

The days of activity have been increasing in frequency with the corresponding less time of reversing out. Which is nice.

I am working out a method of recording what I experience now that tracking symptoms is not applicable.

It is easier being me than it was 6 months ago.

Great to read WIZARD6787,

It is easier being me than it was 6 months ago.’

This community is amazing, you mentioned wwwdot. Everybody brings something to the table in our community. We share, we collaborate, we support, we empathise, we can laugh, rant and grieve.

I noted you wrote, ‘social, physical, cognitive and emotional’. As a clinician, I provided another aspect of care too, it is often forgotten about. As a community, we also lift each others spirits. None of us talk about our faiths but it was something I did. I learnt about other religions so I would be respectful.

😊

I find it helpful here "faith" is not made part of this community.

Of course it’s not and it’s a controversial topic, so the lid stays firmly closed. However, how many of us are treated with dignity and respect in healthcare ? Am I far too idealistic ?

I do have a tattoo saying, ‘Know Your Rights.

One of the many things I gain from being part of this forum is knowing I am not alone in not being treated with dignity and respect.

I feel the abusive behavior is systemic and will be present unless one conforms and meets the medics need to be admired.

What I have experienced is the medics get all excited and I do also hoping they are going to treat my B12 effectively and then when they do not and I do not conform they lose interest and often shift me to someone else. The notes that I have access to through my current portal indicate a need to try and diminish me as a person.

I am okish with the time I have to spend with them in that I prepare for it by going to the same river then going back after I have the appointment. Then I get prepared and read the notes when they are posted. I usually shower after each event.

My main issue right now is enabling them by not telling them off.

I am past trying to educate them. I was able to influence those in my profession with education. It was a hard thankless task.

That and I no longer believe that getting them to follow the existing guidelines to be anything more than less worse. I try and not spend energy of trying to achieve mediocrity.

It likely will come to I do not want it part of my life to try and change people. When I spend my energy trying to do that I am unsuccessful and it takes energy away from sharing my life with those that want to grow.

That almost sounds like I am together. 🙂

You have made me realise I am not following my own observations - I am recently running, running, running to be my former self.

I need to have those rest days. Without them the B12 is only a fuel without repair - not good.

Thank you for reminding me.

"Fuel without repair" - that feels very relevant in my case, I'll make a note of that. Like filling an engine with gas without replacing the hub cap afterwards x

Or you e got to stop to put in water in as the engine overheats too. 😘
