I am hesitant to write this as I no longer experience Tinnitus and know it is awful.
When I was 15 I discovered a way to not experience Tinnitus. I did not know at the time not everyone experienced it and had no name for it. One summer I swam twice a day and found that if I dived deep enough to make my ears ring then the "noise" in my ears went away.
When winter came and I could not swim the noise came back. I would take a bath and blow out my nose and mouth. I found that if I put my face in a bowl of cold water and blew out my nose and mouth the noise went away.
I still swim and dive and do handstands in the water. I sometimes use a bowl of water but no longer use cold water.
So I am not claiming to know anything or advising , I am simply sharing in case this resonates.

Who knows? It is not an instant thing for me and if it gets ahead of me it takes a few weeks to work out. I tend to know it is coming on and so can avoid it.
Vasoconstrictor and Vasodilator. Thank you for that. Makes a lot of sense the neurological system controls that.
Sense injecting B12 I have had times when my right nostril feels like it's clogged but it's not. I have determined that it is a blood vessel issue to my satisfaction. As it is intermittent, I chalk it up in general to B12.
I do know that the body naturally switches from one nostril to the other. Pretty much. I'm assuming what is going on with me is that doesn't happen as it should.
