The book is still in copyright so it would not be legal to share a free copy. But with the internet being what it is, you can easily find the full pdf with an internet search. But it would be better to buy the book as the author deserves to be paid for producing such a useful work.
You can read it on scribd.com. Not for free though, it's an online library where you pay monthly. You'll have access to the book for as long as your subscription is active. You can pause the subscription when not using it for a while. While subscribed you'll probably have access to other books about b12 as well.

Perhaps you can read it for free on their 1 month free trial, if you've never used scribd before.
I bought a used copy of the printed version online. Not expensive and in very good condition.
I read the book two and a half years ago and at the time found it helpful. I have since read articles written by the author and seen her on some videos.
In my opinion, she and many others in the medical field feel that the current standards of treatment is a solve when it is not.
The outcome of the standard regiment is a success for the medical personnel, it does not follow that the regiment is the best and only treatment for the patient.
.
It seems to me that she and many others in the medical field accept that 1 mg of hydrocabalamin every other day is all that is necessary and any symptoms that remain are from permanent damage.
This is not disrespectful of the monumental work that she and others did 25 years ago. Nor is it disrespectful of the effort some have exerted to get the medical personnel to follow current standards.
You can buy the book or a download for £7.25 from Hive books. More ethical than amazon....hive.co.uk
Do you have a public library near you?
Maybe they might have a copy of the book available.
