I have written here often that I suffer more with less B12 and less with more B12.
I heal more effectively with my latest trial of supplementation. (See Profile) It is not knowable what which of the supplements are effective and it well may be they work together.
It is working out that I inject 4 times a day most often, depending on my schedule. Sometimes 3 and sometimes 5. If i wake in the middle of the night I inject then.
For the first time in in the last 2 years 8 months it felt like injecting more with my last injection of the day would be to much in that my body needed to rest from the injections. I went with it as when it felt as if I needed more B12 I have always been correct for the last 2 years 8 months.

Listening to our bodies is a skill which man has lost o er time. Reconnecting with that sixth sense is so important. I am thinking of increasing my injections from one every day to two every day because I inject around 9 am ish and by about 2 pm ish I am jawning and feeling sleepy.
Thank you for giving me the confidence to experiment.
I use the term fading. I can tell when I'm fading and over time some days I don't fade at all and the time I fade has become later and later in the day.
For me what happens when I increase my amount of B12 and when I recently added methylcabalamin adenosolcsbalamin is I need more rest and sleep while my body heals. Very much counterintuitive. I'm making changes because I'm tired and now I'm more tired. I find the quality of my rest and sleep changes for the better.
For me, listening to my body is much about unlearning and ignoring people that explain my experiences to me. Often not their personal experiences, but what others have told them their experiences should be.
Body listening is so important when managing PA. Recently, before a summer cold struck, I felt well and decreased frequency to every three days. I'm back to EOD because of the virus and I know I need EOD. The same is true for high stress levels, disjointed sleep and physical exertion. Feeling well is novel for me and very enjoyable. I know how to do it now. It's just that life intervenes!!!

This resonates! I am finding that some symptoms have been life long and getting progressively worse although intermittently. I have written here often and thought I was pain free. Reality is I was more pain free and did not know it was comparative and I was not pain free after all just less pain.
It feels like I have just started feeling better and not just less worse. Being me is easier.
