Yes that's what I've read too - got as far as that which took about 2 hours (🐌).So perhaps good for initial investigation when people turn up at the gp. That would be something positive.

This could be a very positive step IF the test is readily/ widely available, cheap and reliable. Since no-one has yet said a word about having this test here, I'm guessing that there is a glitch of some sort. Time can be of the essence with treatment, so a test, or a second confirmatory test, needs to be all of the above to prevent this.
Yes I've been struck by how little clear information there is on current (if any) use of the test -ie. is it being used anywhere in the UK? I haven't gone very far though.
Curious that it suddenly makes an appearance in the draft guidelines!
