Hi what level should b12 be kept at to repair damage and keep you well?

I don't think anyone knows .However I was told by a neurologist to keep levels high

On regular b12 injections that means well above 1000

My only one post loading wax 2000!

I’m over max that can be measured - >4000. If you selfinjecting (SI) and having symptoms you should SI at least twice a week with hydroxokobalaminacetat like Pascoe 1500 despot.

Levels don't matter once you start treatment as they do not reflect efficacy of symptom relief. Better to be guided by symptoms as to how often you need your injection.
