I would tell the nurse but assume she's probably had a read about your previousI visits,
I also have P.A. and I would think (and hope) the nurse has had a read of your past
reasons for going to the surgery.
Of course , tell her . But a B12 injection , which you obviously need , should give you a boost, after having a stroke .

Just wondered how often you're getting B12 injections.
Some UK people here find they need them more often than NHS treatment allows for.
B12 deficiency can lead to raised homocysteine levels.
Raised homocysteine has been associated with an increased risk of stroke in some studies.
