WOW!! Good effort! Very helpful for me to see how physicians fail and are totally confident they succeeded. I am an environmental scientist and most environment scientists are what some of us call checkbox jockeys. Success is not measured in results rather are all the checkboxs accounted for.

OK, there doesn't seem to be anything under the new West Yorkshire ICB - most of them seem to be corporate front ends, but there's some old guidance still available:
