My friend sent me this quiz. She's a PA and received it from the site yesterday. I feel happy every time I see B12 deficiency mentioned in the media. I also like the answer to the first question. reference.medscape.com/view...

I too feel happy if anyone ever mentions B12 deficiency in a sensible way. So not Matt Hancock for example.

I think that within the answer to the question shown, re. oral tablets /nasal spray used to treat B12, there is an implicit expectation that symptoms will clear up, nerve damage will go away - and serum B12 levels will prove that you're now done with the injections.

Posts on this forum demonstrate that this viewpoint is somewhat optimistic.
