Better late than never, I’d like to wish everyone on this forum all the very best in 2023.

There is a wealth of knowledge to be found here that you’d never find anywhere else.

I’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to post valuable information and answer many queries. Lang may aw yer lums reek x

Thanks for your post and happy new year to you! Thanks also for wishing my chimney well. I really wish I had one so we could light a warm fire! I also wish I had a garden this year so I could enjoy the (likely) warm spell in the summer.

In the meantime, I've made it a NY resolution to get up at 7am every day for a 40 minute walk around the park. There's a nice square to circumvent and it gets the blood going in the morning.

Here's to good times and good health. As much as we can find 😀

I found exercise, like the 40 min walks you are striving to do helped me metabolize b12 and other things better. You won’t regret it! On days you don’t feel up to it, do 15 min even! Cheers and best of luck!
