Anyone else having problems with the cold weather?

This cold weather is very bad for me. My main remaining symptom of B12D is problems with my autonomic nervous system. For example I get very dizzy when I stand on tiptoes, have frequent urination and problems with body temperature control. My body temperature is always lower than normal. And I feel the cold more. I can't stand being in the fridge/freezer sections of the supermarkets. I start shivering straightaway even on hot days.

I also have Raynards. I have to have the heating on in this extreme weather because without it my fingers go numb. I can't go for my usual walks because even with two pairs of gloves my hands go numb.

The problem I've had is trying to wear wellingtons with 2 insoles and thick socks as they ard dreams too wide. I wax dll over the place. Balance went abd it wasn't the ice.

Realised with my vestibular disturbance j need feel the ground .

Even thd smallest change in footwear difficult.

My daughter suffers like you .

Wears layers abd natural materials.

Shes not bee out today .

Hope it breaks soon.

I hate the cold weather too. I feel much better when it is warm.

I have a balance problem which is made worse by the cold weather.

My happy place is in the car with the seat heater on.

My happy place is right in front of the woodburner. Hogging all the heat. Mind you I have stiff competition from the cat.
